Firstly I am so glad you chose me to capture your beautiful day!
I want to help your day go as smoothly as possible for you so that you can just sit back and enjoy your day as relaxed as possible!
To help you do that I have drawn up a standard timeline below to help you plan your day!
All you have to do is follow my guides, fill in the times that fit your day, then send it to me!
Just remember to bare in mind any traveling between venues, rooms, etc and add it to the times! Put any traveling or questions you may have in the special requests at the end!
Firstly Visit – https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/ – put in the area where you are getting married and the date to find out what time the sun sets on your Wedding day!
The best way to work out your timeline is to work backwards from your Couple Shoot. You want to have your couple shoot in that last hour before sunset to get that beautiful soft Romantic light for your photos!
We want to capture your Decor first whilst its nice and fresh and before your guests start to arrive! Double check with the venue that it will be ready on time
Its always better to get the guys ready early so its over and done with and they can relax and at least be on time to welcome the arriving guests! They can all be in pants and shirts at least and the Groom can have all his details laid out ready for us to capture when we arrive
At this point the Bridesmaids need to be 100% dressed and ready to help you into your dress! Your make up and hair needs to be finished at least 15min before I arrive so there are no delays!
You always need a little buffer to make sure you get to the church on time! Check with your minister how long the ceremony will be – the last thing you want is to run 45 minutes behind because it went on a little longer than you thought!
After your ceremony you can choose what you would like to do, whether you want to cut your cake or mingle with your guests – take some time to just relax and spend some time with your friends and family
Family photos can take anything from 20-30 minutes – the best way is to keep organized, have a list and stick to the important people.
Your couple shoot is the first moment you’re going to have one on one time together. Enjoy it, adore one another and use the time to take it all in!
The amount of time we are at your reception all depends on the package you choose and how your day is planned. You will enter your reception 5-10min after the end of your couple shoot. How you plan your reception is completely up to you but the sooner all your formalities are over with the sooner you can relax and enjoy your evening!
